Henry's on East. It's a lovely little coffee shop where I feel very comfortable. The chairs are gentle on the butt if you want to sit and chat with a friend for a couple hours. The tables are spacious, the coffee is good, the pecan pie will make you want to commit crimes for another slice, the art is local, and it's a nifty place to bang out an article while enjoying a sandwich. They also have their own parking lot, which I like. I'm big on quickly and easily finding a parking space. I still go to Starbucks, but if I want somewhere small that is homey, doesn't have burnt coffee, and is most likely populated by other homos, Henry's is it.
